StormGeo acquires Portchain.
StormGeo, the Bergen-based weather intelligence and voyage optimisation business of Swedish group Alfa Laval, completed its acquisition of Portchain, a Copenhagen-based provider of berth alignment software that connects container terminals and carriers, on 30 October 2026. The deal adds port call coordination to StormGeo's voyage optimisation services. The deal completed on 30 October 2026.
