Norconsult acquires Franck Miljø- og Geoteknik.
Norconsult, the Sandvika-based engineering, architecture and digital consultancy, announced on 2 November 2026 that it has acquired Franck Miljø- og Geoteknik, a geotechnical engineering, environmental services and drilling specialist based in Horsens, Denmark, with 46 employees. Norconsult exercised an option it secured in 2023, when it bought the company's Zealand branch. The deal completed on 2 November 2026.
