Endúr agrees to acquire F15 Bergteknik and F15 Anläggning.
Endúr, a Lysaker-based infrastructure contractor listed in Oslo, signed an agreement through its subsidiary BMO Entreprenør to acquire all shares in F15 Bergteknik and F15 Anläggning, rock engineering and groundworks contractors based in Bålsta, Sweden, as announced on 30 October 2026. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. It was signed on 30 October 2026. It had not completed by 2 November 2026.
