Kesko acquires Dahl.
Kesko, the Helsinki-based retail and technical trade group, completed on 2 November 2026 its acquisition from Saint-Gobain of the technical trade companies Dahl in Sweden and Brødrene Dahl in Norway and Denmark, which have some 190 stores and some 2,700 employees. The deal was agreed on 15 June 2026. The deal completed on 2 November 2026.
