EGGER takes a majority stake in Kromaplast.
Austrian wood-based materials maker EGGER, headquartered in St. Johann in Tirol, acquired 65% of Kromaplast, an edging service and logistics specialist for the Italian furniture industry based in Cessalto (Veneto). Closing took place on 30 September 2026 and EGGER announced the deal on 12 October 2026. The deal completed on 30 September 2026.
