EGGER acquires Lenocart.
EGGER, the Austrian wood-based materials group, announced on 2 September 2026 that it had acquired all shares of Lenocart, a family-run recycling and waste collection company in the Milan metropolitan area, including its transport fleet. The purchase, completed on 28 July 2026, adds recycled wood supply for EGGER's particleboard plant in Caorso. The deal completed on 28 July 2026.
