Scandic Hotels Group acquires Dalata's hotel operations.
Scandic Hotels Group, based in Stockholm, completed on 2 November 2026 its acquisition from Pandox of the hotel operations of Dublin-based Dalata Hotel Group, covering 57 hotels with around 12,500 rooms under the Clayton and Maldron brands, mainly in Ireland and the UK. Pandox keeps the hotel properties, which Scandic leases. The deal completed on 2 November 2026.
