Corteva and Globachem agree to form a joint venture.
Corteva, based in Indianapolis, and Globachem, a family-owned crop protection company headquartered in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, signed a definitive agreement on 9 September 2026 to form a 50/50 joint venture to develop new formulated crop protection products for farmers in Europe and the Americas. It was signed on 9 September 2026. It had not completed by 28 October 2026.
