Bregal Milestone takes a majority stake in Nethive.
European software growth investor Bregal Milestone announced on 22 October 2026 a majority growth investment in Nethive, an Italian provider of cybersecurity services and software to enterprises, SMEs and public bodies. Bregal Milestone also backed Nethive's purchase of the IT security firm JoyComm. It was announced on 22 October 2026 and had not been signed by 28 October 2026.
