Aventa acquires Irish Sea Contractors.
Paris-based marine energy and offshore transmission engineering group Aventa announced on 13 October 2026 that it has acquired Irish Sea Contractors, a County Wexford marine contractor specialising in marine civil engineering, commercial diving and subsea cable work. The deal completed on 13 October 2026.
