AddLife acquires MoonSurge.
Stockholm-based AddLife acquired MoonSurge, a Portuguese distributor of medical devices for general surgery, urology, gynaecology and cardiac surgery with 14 employees, with closing on 2 November 2026 and an announcement on 3 November. MoonSurge becomes an independent subsidiary of MBA Surgical Empowerment, part of AddLife's Medtech business area. The deal completed on 2 November 2026.
