What You’ll Be Doing
HR Operations Support:
- Welcome new employees by preparing onboarding packages, updating forms, and coordinating communication to ensure a smooth start.
- Support the Belastingdienst 30% ruling application process with accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Keep an eye on employment documents, issuing reminders before expiration or renewal.
- Help offboard departing colleagues through exit interviews, IND deregistration, and account deactivation.
- Be a go-to person for employee questions – approachable, professional, and always proactive.
- Support time writing and leave tracking processes, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Assist in processing expense claims related to commuting, travel, and training.
HR Support & Services:
- Collaborate with Service Managers and HR Consultants to support smooth daily operations and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support for HR tasks, keeping records well-organized and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn.
- Empathy and a service-minded approach to employee support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HR tools is a plus.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- Available for a 6-month full-time paid internship in The Hague.
