We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source & Screen Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and other channels to find and assess candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage Candidate Relationships: Build strong relationships, provide updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system up to date.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (internships count!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently
Personal Qualities:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Adaptable, positive, and open to feedback.
- English proficiency, (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus!)
