We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source & Screen Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and other channels to find and assess candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage Candidate Relationships: Build strong relationships, provide updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system up to date.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (internships count!)
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently

Personal Qualities:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Adaptable, positive, and open to feedback.
• English proficiency, (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus!)
