For their office in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join their team and support administrative and financial operations for accounting and sales matters.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Coordinate the reporting of financial data to local management and US headquarters.
- Manage tasks related to expense management, cash flow, and accounts receivable control.
- Handle multiple tasks and processes simultaneously and contribute to continuous optimization of internal procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in roles such as Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Administration.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
- Experience in working with ERP system (Exact preferred)
- Strong command of MS Office
