We’re now seeking a 360 Space Recruiter to join our team, leveraging a full-cycle recruitment approach in the evolving space and aerospace sectors. As a 360 Space Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment life-cycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement, specifically in the space and aerospace industries. This role is perfect for a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter who thrives on building client relationships, managing recruitment end-to-end, and making impactful placements in specialized fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the space and aerospace sectors. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including hiring managers and HR departments, to understand their unique hiring needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices in the space industry. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates in the space, aerospace, and high-tech fields through industry-specific channels, professional networks, job boards, and social media.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, aligning them with client requirements and role expectations.
  • Interview Coordination & Process Management: Manage interview scheduling, facilitate the selection process, and provide both clients and candidates with a smooth, timely, and engaging experience.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, negotiate terms, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Research & Talent Mapping: Stay up-to-date on trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks in the space industry to offer valuable insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records, ensuring up-to-date information on clients, candidates, and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle (360) recruitment experience, ideally within the space, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional client-facing skills, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive Mindset: Comfortable with both client acquisition and recruitment delivery, with a drive for business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French is a plus!
